Deadlines

Due to the increasing demands, we have implemented a
scheduling chart. This chart will be our tool in maintaining quality customer
service. Please see attached chart. ALL DEADLINES must be
followed accordingly

EXPRESS ORDERS

• Any orders that are received 48 hours prior to funeral/memorial services are considered Express orders.

• 48 hours prior to service will incur an express charge of $50.00

• 24 hours prior to service will incur an express charge of $100.00

• If there is no delivery scheduled for that day, that order will incur a minimum delivery charge of $25

• We reserve the right to refuse such orders if accepting them will create an adverse reaction to our business operations.

EDITS

Revisions of programs can be very timely. Reiterate the importance of checking the spelling of names, correct dates, times and wording and

•photo placement

•Customers will be allowed up to 2 edits

•Additional edits will incur a $15.00 document reopening fee

•Once FINAL proof has been approved, programs requiring additional edits will incur a $25.00 reopening fee

•Any edits due to oversight of the designer will be free Edits should be emailed to: Edits@floboz.com.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Deliveries within a 20 mile radius will not incur a deliver charge

Delivery outside of the 20 mile radius will incur a delivery charge of $0.52 per mile.

REPRINTS

On occasion, we are forced to produce reprints. While we understand this is a difficult time for our customers, we ask that you assist them in ensuring all information is accurate.

• CYL Inc. is not responsible for reprints once the order has been approved.

• Reprints will incur an additional fee based on the type of program ordered.

• Reprints will be quoted at the time of need.

PAYMENT

Unless prior approval has been authorized, final payments are due at the time of delivery. In some cases, a 50% deposit will be required. Payments must be made in the form of a company check, cashier's check or money order or cash.
